What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping options:

DHL Worldwide Express

Regular Airmail
Both options include a tracking number, unless otherwise specified.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that in some cases, DHL Express may require an additional fee for remote destinations. If this occurs, we will switch your order to regular airmail service.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from Istanbul, Turkey.
​
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically handed to the shipping company within 1–2 days after the order is placed.
Exceptions apply to pre-orders and custom products.
Please note:

Orders are not processed on weekends, national, or religious holidays.

Tracking information will be available on your PayPal page once the order is shipped.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location and shipping method:

What should I do if there’s a delay?
If your package is delayed, please contact us first before opening a dispute or chargeback claim. We're happy to help resolve the issue amicably.

Are customs or import taxes included?
No. Beharbros.com is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may occur in your country.

What happens if my package is returned?

If refused by customs and returned:
We will refund your order excluding the shipping cost. -
If returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or absence at delivery:
We will refund your order excluding the shipping cost.

Anything else I should know?
Please understand that our products are hand-made and custom-built, and shipping may take longer in some cases. By ordering, you agree to accept possible delays.

Refunds & Returns

What if I’m not happy with my product?
You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund (excluding original shipping). Return shipping is paid by the customer.
To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be in brand new, resalable condition

It must not be damaged or modified

All original parts and packaging must be returned

The item must be returned in its original packaging

What if I refuse the package?
You may refuse the package. Once it is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus shipping and incidental fees, provided the item meets the refund conditions above.

Warranty Policy
​
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! All Beharbros-branded products include a limited lifetime warranty (valid as long as the company operates).
If your item malfunctions or stops working:

We’ll provide a replacement part or a new unit, depending on the issue.

Please contact us first for assistance.

For modifications, upgrades, or customer-requested repairs, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Order Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Email us as soon as possible after placing your order.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel and refund it in full.

If it has already been shipped, you’ll need to return it once received. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Items

What if my item was damaged or lost in transit?
If you experience damage or loss in transit, contact us immediately so we can file a claim if eligible or offer an exchange/replacement.
